Material:

– 500 ml of water
– 00 gr papaya flowers, cleaned
– 2 tbsp oil for sautéing
– 5 shallots, sliced – smooth
– 3 cloves garlic, -bruised and finely chopped
– 2 red chilies, remove the seeds sliced until smooth
– 5 cayenne peppers, finely sliced
– 1 piece of fragrant pandan leaves, sliced roughly
– 100 ml of water
– 60 gr of skipjack fish
– 1/4 tsp pepper powder
– salt to taste

How to make:

– Bring the water to a boil with salt
– Enter papaya flowers, boil papaya flowers until soft, remove and drained
