What’s Up Martunis Ronaldo’s Adopted Son? Apparently There’s Good News
OnlyTheBestChoice – Martunis, Cristiano Ronaldo’s adopted son, recently revealed a happy news. He was apparently expecting a child. Ronaldo will have a grandchild!
The happy news was shared by Martunis via a post on his Instagram account, @martunis_ronaldo, in March. In the post she shared a number of photos of herself and Sri Wahyuni, whom she married in April last year.
In the photos, it is revealed that Martunis-Sri Wahyuni will soon have children. “Can’t wait for you, my baby,” Martunis wrote in the post’s caption.
Given Martunis’ status as Cristiano Ronaldo’s adopted son, netizens were also busy commenting on the post by congratulating him while mentioning the Portuguese megastar who now grazes in Italy with Juventus.
“Ronaldo will soon have grandchildren,” commented one netizen.
“No harda, soon Ronaldo has grandchildren,” another tweeted.
Martunis’ name became widely known after reportedly surviving alone among the wreckage of the tsunami and corpses for 21 days, following the aceh earthquake in 2004.
At the time, 7-year-old Martunis was found wearing a Portugal jersey. That also makes him the adopted son of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo even visited Aceh to meet Martunis in person, shortly after the news ‘exploded’. After that, the two met again in Bali medio 2013, when Ronaldo was named as The Ambassador of Mangrove Indonesia.
Cristiano Ronaldo also paved the way for Martunis to study training at Portuguese football club Sporting Lisbon. The club itself was where Cristiano Ronaldo worked from 1997 to 2003, at junior level until entering the first team, before moving to England with Manchester United. [red/indobu]
