- 1 village chicken, clean
- 3 shallots
- 5 cm ginger, bruise

- 5 tbsp sesame oil
How to make:
- Cut the chicken into 4 parts, prick it with a fork to make it easier to tender. Boil the chicken for 30 minutes, drain. Set aside the boiling broth.
- Sauté the ginger until fragrant, add the chicken and broth. Add the shallots, cook until the chicken is completely tender.
- Remove the chicken, grease it with sesame oil. Cut it into pieces while it’s warm. Serve with braised gravy, pickled cucumber and parsley.
